3. Common faults and troubleshooting of the MOTI-150A Portable Busbar Processing Machine

(1) No Power Supply

Check if the fuse is burnt out. Replace the fuse core with a new one after it burns out

(2) The power supply has power but the motor does not work normally

Check if the motor is overloaded, if so, adjust the load to normal

(3) Even if the power supply is on and the motor works normally, the machine does not start and makes a loud noise

Check the direction of the motor, whether the coupling is loose, the relay, etc.

(4) The motor turns normally, but the entire operation does not execute

Check relays and electrovalve

(5) One unit does not work, but the load is applied to the solenoid valve

Check the limits and solenoid valves

(6) The up/down operation of the machine is malfunctioning, pressure can only be applied in one direction

Check the limits and solenoid valves

(7) The machine not working properly

Check the relief valve or more poorly connected relay

(8) Cylinder goes down quickly but cannot go up

Touch the solenoid valve, repair or replace the faulty cylinder

(9) Stop working after the cylinder is raised or lowered

Check the limit switch;

(10) The machine cannot stop after the oil cylinder rises or falls (oil pressure is high)
