Startup Steps of CNC Busbar Processing Machine

Dear friends, welcome to use MOTI Busbar Processing Machine.

After you received the busbar machine, please check first whether the packaging of the goods is in good condition.

Unpack the wooden box and transport the machine to an open area, then follow the steps below to operate the machine.

Step 1. Before the machine is connected to the power supply, hydraulic oil must be added first

Model No. : MOTI-30-3NC

Oil Capacity: Add 75KG No.46 Hydraulic Anti-wear oil.

Model No. : MOTI-50-3NC & MOTI-80-3NC

Oil Capacity: Add 120KG No.46 Hydraulic Anti-wear oil.

Step 2. Connect Power Line

L1,L2,L3,PE connect the power line: L1,L2,L3,PE

Step 3. Turn the main switch ( Main Power )

Step 4. Turn the Key switch ( Main Power )

Step 5. Emergency shutdown switches (A total of four!!!)

Red Button: emergency switch ( Total 4 sets of emergency switches, one is main switch, one control cut unit, one controls punch unit, one controls bend unit )

Green Button: UP and DOWN switch

Shutdown emergency siwtch, try to pressing the foot switch to test each working unit.
