Although it remains a three-station machine, its configuration features a "dual-punch, single-shear" setup.
This model is ideally suited for electrical switchgear manufacturers who need to punch large quantities of copper or aluminum busbars.
As shown in the images and videos, this custom busbar processing machine is equipped with two punching units and one cutting unit.
Each punching unit features a 6-station turret, allowing the copper busbar machine to hold up to 12 punching dies of various sizes simultaneously, or to use identical die sizes across both units.
Equipped with three motors and three hydraulic systems, the machine enables two operators to work concurrently
—performing punching operations on copper or aluminum busbars of the same or different sizes—thereby significantly boosting productivity.

This busbar processing machine is capable of processing copper and aluminum busbars with a thickness of up to 12mm and a width of up to 160mm.
Unlike the MOTI-30-3NC CNC busbar machine, this model replaces the bending unit with a punching unit. It is a fully manually operated machine.

At the client's request, MOTI Industrial custom-designed three feeding racks to facilitate the punching and cutting of copper and aluminum busbars.
Featuring a simple design, the racks can be disassembled and reassembled, making them easy to transport and saving space during packaging.
The support uprights are detachable, and the extra-long threaded leveling feet allow the client to easily adjust the rack's balance to suit the specific floor conditions of their facility.



The successful shipment of this MOTI custom copper busbar processing machine to the United Arab Emirates demonstrates that
busbar processing equipment does not always have to follow a standard configuration.
For this UAE customer, busbar punching efficiency was the priority. Instead of using a conventional 3-in-1 busbar machine with punching, shearing, and bending,
MOTI INDUSTRIAL replaced the bending station with a second punching station to create a 2 Punching + 1 Cutting configuration.
With two independent punching units, two 6-station turrets, and three independent hydraulic systems,
the machine allows two operators to work simultaneously.
The two punching stations can also be equipped with the same or different dies according to production requirements,
making the machine particularly suitable for high-volume copper and aluminum busbar punching.
The machine can process busbars up to 12mm thick and 160mm wide,
