The MOTI-200B portable busbar processing machine is a multi-functional hydraulic device with the following core features:

1. Multi-functional Integrated Design: 

It adopts a modular design, integrating an electric hydraulic pump, a busbar cutter, a punching machine, 

and a busbar bending machine (an embossing machine can be added). 

Function switching is achieved via a manually controlled directional valve.

It supports shearing, punching, flat bending, and vertical bending of copper and aluminum busbars, 

suitable for transformer and switchgear assembly and power transmission and transformation projects.

2. High-Efficiency Hydraulic System: 

Operating at 220V, the hydraulic system pressure reaches 700kgf/cm², with a punching output of 35tons 

and a bending output of 17tons, enabling rapid high-precision processing. 

The flat bending die supports 90° bending, saving time and producing high-quality parts.

3. Portability and Adaptability: 

Integrated into a mobile work cart, it supports mobile operations in workshops or on-site, adapting to different scenario requirements. 

The cutting range reaches 200×12mm, compatible with thicker busbar materials.
