This Canadian customer purchased a copper busbar machine JPMX-303ESK from Jingpeng Machinery Company, but they have consistently purchased busbar punch and dies from us for the past three years. In this order, the customer requires a custom-made busbar punch and die with a diameter of 5mm, and the punch head must have a center hole to facilitate the use of a locating pin for punching.

2. Busbar Punching die installation method
Here, we need to reiterate the correct usage of our newly designed busbar punching die.
The punch head, being the most important part of the busbar punching die, is also the most prone to damage. The split design, where the punch head is installed separately, saves costs for customers when replacing the busbar punch die. There is no need to replace the entire central shaft of the busbar punching die.
Therefore, during installation, it is necessary to tightly assemble all parts of the die according to our instructions, ensuring there is no looseness or insecure bolts and nuts.
