Removing and Installing Cylinder Seals for Busbar Processing Machine

If the cylinder of your busbar processing machine is leak oil, what are you going to do?

Step 1. Romoving the cylinder cover of the bending unit

Step 2. Removing the nuts of the bending unit 

Please collect the removed nuts so as not to lose them.

Step3.  Turn the cylinder cover of he bending uni counerclockwise

Step 4. Do not remove the cylinder cover completely leave 4 to 5 turns. Inching the bending unit to the end point

When doing this, please pay attention to your own safety.

Since there will be a small amount of hydraulic oil in the cylinder, please prepare a container in advance to catch the oil flowing out to avoid waste.

Step 5. Before reinstalling the oil cylinder, the oil pipe of the bending unit need to be disassembled first.
